Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. Summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is her back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand on a pull-up machine and seated rows. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
